Any individual who is engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of SC) in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community, or in land development, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association, and is of good character and business reputation. All builders are responsible for a FEE PER CLOSING at the end of the year at $12/ea. Associate Member: $750.00
